Got an idea while working? Capture it in a sticky before you forget, without breaking your flow.

Daily Reminders

Use colored stickies as reminders:

  • 🔴 Red for things that must be done today
  • 🟡 Yellow for things to check on

Context Switching

When switching between projects, leave yourself notes about where you left off.

Tips for Effective Stickies

Keep Them Short

Stickies work best for brief notes. For longer content, use Pages.

Use Colors Consistently

Develop your own color system:

  • Red = Urgent
  • Yellow = Note
  • Blue = Idea
  • Green = Done

Regular Cleanup

Periodically review and delete stickies that are no longer relevant.

Convert to Work Items

When a sticky represents real work, create a work item from it.

Key Takeaways

  • Stickies are your personal digital sticky notes
  • Access via the floating icon at bottom-right of your screen
  • Use for quick captures: reminders, ideas, meeting notes
